Shuttle text messaging program
Guests who reserve the shuttle may choose to receive transactional text messages from Best Western Houston Bush IAH at +1 (346) 560-5510. Texts are sent only to guests who give consent, either by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS box on the public reservation page or by saying Yes after a front-desk employee reads the full SMS disclosure aloud.
Messages cover a single shuttle reservation: a welcome message confirming enrollment, the reservation confirmation, a pickup reminder, schedule updates, and a cancellation notice. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any hotel service.
